I operate total Professional service of which I have certain terms and conditions 

1. All Applicants for use of my services, must be polite and demostteate a calm nature when using my services, I do not tolerate verbal or physical abuse, this will be reported to the police and all services will be terminated 
2. ALL  fees are to paid on FULL prior to commencement of services dated on agreed date (start of service)
3. A Non Refundable Deposit is required to secure my Services, this stands at a 35% of the total invoice
4. All services are serviced by a Contract of Hire for Services, this MUST be signed and dated by all involved Prior to the Services Commencing 
5. Any information within regarding to the case is to be started with me so that I can provide my services to the most effective service possible
6. IF sn appointment is made please make sure you stick to this, IF things need to be changed I require 24 hours Notice via email, with the explanation, this is of course within Contract of Service is signed and Dated , Outside of this within the Consultation stage, just a email is fine,BUT remember the Deposit is required to Secure any Services
